Return Policy

General

Purchases can be exchanged or returned if they do not meet the customer's wishes. Circuit Herenmode applies a return period of 14 days after receipt of the items. The condition is that the customer can present proof of purchase and the items are undamaged and not used/worn. The items must be provided with all original labels and be adequately packaged. For online purchases, returns are only possible with a fully completed return form.

 

Online Store Purchases: Exchanges by Mail

Online purchases can only be returned with a completed return form. The customer preferably packages the items to be returned in their original packaging and uses the return address stated on the return form.

Upon receipt, our team inspects all returned items. Circuit Herenmode reserves the right to refuse and return items if they appear to have been worn, are damaged, or if the original labels have been removed.

After Circuit Herenmode has processed the returns and all conditions for exchange and refund have been met, the purchase amount (in accordance with the provisions below) will be refunded to the customer's account or credit card within 14 days.

 

Online Store Purchases: Exchanges in Store (The Free Option)

It is also possible to exchange or return items in our store at Zwart Janstraat 66A.

Returning or exchanging in the physical store is ALWAYS FREE.

When returning online purchases, the customer receives a return receipt. If all conditions for exchanging and refunding the online purchase have been met, the invoice amount will be refunded to the customer's account or credit card within 14 days. It is not possible to refund the purchase amount in cash.

 

Shipping and Return Costs

Shipping Costs (Outbound)

  • Shipping costs are €7.95.

  • Shipping is FREE for orders with a total value of €100 or more.

Return Costs (Inbound)

  • The cost of return shipping by mail is at the customer's expense and will not be reimbursed by Circuit Herenmode.

  • Circuit Herenmode is not responsible for problems that occur during the return of items, such as goods being damaged or incorrectly delivered. Circuit Herenmode therefore advises using a shipper that insures the value of the returned items and provides the customer with proof of shipment.

 

Refund with Free Outbound Shipping (Important Clause)

If the customer has used free shipping for a purchase over €100, but after returning part of the order, the value of the retained items falls below €100, the right to free shipping expires. In this case, Circuit Herenmode reserves the right to deduct the original shipping costs (€7.95) from the amount to be refunded.

 

Exchanging Items Purchased in Our Store (Zwart Janstraat 66A Rotterdam)

If you have made a purchase in our physical store, it is also possible to exchange or return items. For items purchased in our store, you can receive a credit voucher or exchange the item for another product. We do not offer cash refunds for purchases made in our physical store.
